Breidis Prescott on Khan Salita Undercard

Amir Khan will be taking on Dmitriy Salita on December 5th to defend his junior welterweight belt. On the undercard will be a familiar foe in Breidis Prescott as he takes on Kevin Mitchell. Khan is expected to take out Salita fairly easily but it will be interesting to see if Prescott can come back from a loss to beat the undefeated Mitchell. Mitchell is lightly challenged in this past and is stepping up to take on Prescott. Expect Prescott to test his chin and defense in what should be an interesting fight that has gone unnoticed. The interesting thing is whether a Prescott win means he'll get a shot at Khan. It will be great for Khan to put those cob webs to bed once and for all but other than revenge Prescott offers little value given there is no lack of star power at junior welterweight level. Regardless, the Dec. 5th card should be very entertaining.
